Welcome to this weeks Science of Soul , I am still playing catch up on some of the new releases that I would normally include in the show so this week we have the latest product from Karen Linette, Teddy B, Kiko Pryor and Earl E Shelby plus some album tracks from recent and current sets that I want you hear. Whilst on my recent Chicago visit I got a chance to catch Jeannie Holiday live, I gotta tell ya this lady is amazing live.

Also included this week is the lovely Holle Thee Maxwell another great live performer and please check out her book "Freebase ain't Free" it's a very interesting look into her life with Ike Turner and will give a perspective on Ike.
